Oh, this is an impressive website, for all the wrong reasons. I go onto the homepage, I tell it I want to go to Milan, I tell it I want a hotel from August 1st to 3rd, I click on "Find a Room", and it randomly decides to change the end date to August 2nd. Yeah, it does that a lot. The website shows that it uses Google to identify the place "Milan", but then only shows hotels dead in the absolute centre of Milan. There's no option to look for, say, hotels near Milan train station. So you're limited to a tiny selection of the most expensive hotels in the centre of Milan. And, bizarrely, when it's showing it's (limited) list of Milan hotel choices, if I click on my name on the header bar, the "End date" switches back to August 2nd again, and it changes the map from Milan to London for no reason whatsoever. I've logged into the site, it shows me my name in the top-right, yet still shows me "Join Secret Stays Club today" popups, and asks me to log in. Worst of all, the prices are dismal, and the range of hotels is absolutely tiny compared to Google, Expedia, Booking.com, etc. I've yet to see one deal which is worth investigating. The search results themselves look terrible, far from the professional look of any the third-party Hotel sites and apps. And certainly no useful features like reading reviews from previous hotel guests. Bottom line: Secret Stays is impressive for attempting to charge an annual fee for providing a service which is worse (and more expensive) than all of the free third-party Hotel websites. And Google itself. This isn't the greatest business model..... This really feels like someone's school project, rather than a professional website, worth subscribing to. Also, it's VERY suspicious that all of the TrustPilot reviews of this website are either 1-star, or 5-stars. Are those 5-star reviews (which all claim they've saved money) genuine...? Insider tip: if you want to find cheap hotels, subscribe (for free) to QuidCo or TopCashback, book through the regular third-party travel websites, and you'll get a chunk of cash back again.

What a scruffy service. My son’s birthday gift arrived yesterday. Scruffy looking box. All the internal tissue was flat and scruffily crumpled in the bottom of the box. Shoes losely thrown in. Lebel missing and one shoe filler/support missing. If I didn’t know better I would say these were returns. I expected better. Very disappointing. If it wasn’t the fact that it’s my son’s birthday they would have them back. I have asked for a refund of some kind. Let’s see how they truly value their customers. Let’s see if I receive the usual generic response on here too. I see the number of poor reviews are rising. Clearly they need to sort themselves out. Because this kind of service is disgraceful. If I do not receive a satisfactory outcome. I will pursue my usual social media coverage. I have just read an identical pour review on here. Clearly they throw out returns or used shoes. And I was correct. Every response from this low standard company is copy and pasted. They are clearly an appalling company. In every sense. Some of the reviews I have read are shocking. Also a random advertising leaflet thrown in about a good product. What a cheap nasty company.

Thank you carbase for helping me purchase my new car at such a great deal. Shoutout to Finlay for the initial stages to get things going. Owen, throughout my calls/text regarding the application even when I asked silly questions. Owen has been informative and supportive from the beginning, during and on the day of finalising/collection to help support a smooth process. John, my customer service representative amazing customer services, knowledge, informative and great hospitality also. Arrived two hour earlier and was still served quite efficiently. Test Drive went well - car was in superb condition and was due to have a wash (arrived earlier than prepared for) but was still well maintained. Honestly appreciate Owen and John for everything - thank you again 🙏🏾 Awais helping with finalising TAX, V5C and handing over. Also, thank you for carbase goodie bag was not expecting was surprised when I arrived home and saw all my car related goodies.

As a guy going through cosmetic surgery, it was very daunting to begin with when going around getting quotes for the tummy tuck surgery. However, the people at MYA made it seem very normal, put me at ease even from the first initial phone consultation with Laura, and was so welcoming every time I went to the clinic. After meeting Mr Giannas and the MYA team in the London clinic, I walked out feeling this is the right place to go. Everything has been so smooth, from the pre-op appointments, the surgery itself and the post-op care, could not fault anything with them. I had Joanna as my nurse and she is genuinely so lovely, answered any questions I had and was really informative on what stage of the healing I was at, what I need to do to help progress The surgery was 6 weeks ago, and the results are crazy. Definitely got my mojo back and this was the best thing I have ever done! Would highly recommend to anyone

I have been purchasing Wild since I had an allergic reaction to all other deodorants available in the supermarket's. My first purchase was years go when they first started advertising on social media. I thought I would try & since then I only buy from Wild. They look after the planet so I must have saved so much plastic going to landfill Never had a reaction I use both sensitive and original. I love that you can choose different scents so much choice & limited editions are my favourites. I have so many cases only 1 has had a fault & customer service were quick to send me another. I just bought the new Cuppa cups range wow the scent is gorgeous. I’ve just tried the new shower gel happy with the scent & bottle lasts a long time & again no more plastics It’s important to support our local business in the UK Well done Wild & thank you :)

Sizes and website was misleading I purchased M items and the leggings were so long and loose fitting for tights! When I went to return them, they were classified as "no returns". No where on the check out did it state the items were "no returns" (I recreated my order to double check I hadn't been mistaken). The check out advertised 30 day returns. I contacted customer support and they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissed me. Very poor experience, obviously a deceptive, money-hungry company that doesn't care about its customers. I won't buy from them again and I've convinced my friends not to buy from them again either out of principle. Gotta love the gals who stand for the same values - transparency!

I have been a Strapify customer for many years and since the first engagement right through to one in the last month, the Strapify team has always offered a quality product with a distinct edge and made sure that my order was successfully delivered. I had the pleasure of being assisted by an agent named Seulgi, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Seulgi was incredibly helpful, thoroughly explaining the procedure and guiding me through every step of the issue I was facing. Their patience and clear communication made a big difference and truly put me at ease. One suggestion for improvement: I would prefer if the system didn’t switch agents after just 3 minutes of inactivity. It can be frustrating to have to re-explain the issue to someone new when you've already made progress. Keeping the same agent would really improve the overall experience.

I’ve been wearing the spinning stress reducing paw ring for a few weeks now, and it’s truly a calming piece. The spinning mechanism is subtle but definitely soothing, and the paw design adds such a personal touch. The stainless steel is sturdy and well-crafted, and I love that it doesn’t catch on anything or feel uncomfortable. Carla’s customer service was wonderful; I had a few questions about sizing, and she was quick to reply and super helpful!

Never ever trust this site, I requested a refund and all I got is to speak with a automatic response system, The messed out my order because thy send it to the wrong address. I stunt even think I'm going to get my money back ,un trust vendors. Customer service bad you never ever going yo get a human to talk to you. Refund is 15 to 60 days. Just to save 20 dollars should order in Amazon and get it the next day. Never Trust this site.

Unfortunately our experience with Europcar was not good. Upon collection of the car they added £250 of extra charges including Gozen. The document we signed was in French and when I queried the increased price I was told it was due the security deposit and no money would be debited but it was ! Europcar have no interest in refunding me the money despite the fraud. Go elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off.

Overall quality has dropped. We must check the items very carefully before cutting tag and/or cleaning it at first wash. After that the item is not eligible for return. Massimo Dutti has a poor customer service and extremely difficult return policy even with quality issues and manufacturing defect. They don’t seem to value customer feedback though we are the one who wear and use it.

They don't care for helping customers just for their money. After checking my qualifications, they said I am qualified to get 11000 loan then, they decided to take my car information and said I just qualified 6000 but if I agree to put my car in the paper then they will give me 22000 loan. I rather take loan from my bank than from this company.

We did a price comparison for our car insurance last year and found the RAC covered everything we needed ie. European and breakdown cover at a very reasonable price. We received a renewal quote from them but thought we would just do another price comparison and again they came out on top Would highly recommend. Very easy to complete on line too
